I Like The Cut Of Your Jib

If you haven’t seen this movie yet, save your money. 

I was a huge fan of the first movie but this was awful.  I’ll briefly explain why, as this movie has already wasted more than 2 hours of my time and i’d like to not waste much more. 

First and foremost, the acting was awful.  Now we all know Meagan Fox can’t act, but i thought Shia LaBeouf was good in the first one.  Not true of this poor excuse for a movie.  In fact, not a single actor in this movie was good.

The plot was horrible, and the writing was over done.  Ranging from urban (and frankly a bit racist) transformers, to Sam’s mom eating pot brownies at his first day of college, to an after life experience where Transformers urge Sam (the chosen one) back to life.  It all felt cheesy and stupid.

But wait, the reason that most people would be inclined to overlook this (myself included) is awesome CGI robot fighting action!  Well you definitely get that.  Actually you get way too much.  By the end of the movie robots fighting is the last thing you want to see. 

In the end, the whole experience felt forced, overdone, and waaaaaaay too long.
